Really excited for this card tonight. Some really good matches with a well done story behind them.
Opening with a video package of Tommy Dreamer talking about what this night means to him. He goes over his history and his current condition.
Tommy is then seen arriving mentioning what Brady pulled off, hoping he can do it tonight.
XXXL (ACEY ROMERO & LARRY D) & TENILLE DASHWOOD W/ KALEB WITH A K VS. DECAY (ROSEMARY, CRAZZY STEVE & BLACK TAURUS) – SIX PERSON TAG TEAM MATCH
How great is it that this match is, at the heart, an evolution of a storyline that started before the summer?
Really excited for the possibilities for Decay at this point. Hoping Rosemary gets a push in the women’s division.
Rosemary wants to start out against Acey Romero but he tags Tenille in not wanting to face her. Tenille takes it to her but Rosemary takes advantage.
Tenille goes for the tag the minute Rosemary tags in Crazzy Steve. I like that Impact doesn’t require it but still book women tagging out… for the most part.
Tenille does tag in and gets some kicks in on Crazzy Steve before tagging back out.
Tenille gets in the ring with a red shirt and tries to take a picture with Taurus who is not amused. He stupidly chases Kaleb until he gets hit with a tope suicida by Larry D.
Tenille changes her mind on going off the top but Acey decided to just Powerbomb her on to the people on the outside.
Acey finally goes to hit Rosemary but gets green mist in his face from Rosemary.
In the ring, Taurus hits his finisher and gets a pinfall victory on Larry D.

Post match, Decay stand over Larry D to celebrate as D’Lo and Striker put them over.
We get a video promo to go over the history leading up to Eddie & Cardona against Myers & Hernandez.
HERNANDEZ & BRIAN MYERS VS. MATT CARDONA & EDDIE EDWARDS
Myers may be wearing an eye patch but Brandon Tolle is the referee so Myers still doesn’t have the worst eye sight out there.
Myers tags in to Hernandez the minute Cardona tags in to the match.
Anyone else think that Brian Myers came up with the idea of the eye patch as a way to open up more possible merch streams?
Back and forth with Eddie and Myers trying to ram the others head into the exposed turnbuckle.
Anyone else expecting Cardona to eventually swerve and join Brian? Or just the two will feud?
Cardona gets a hot tag and takes on both and even gets a two count on Myers after taking out Hernandez.
Great selling from Eddie after Hernandez smashed the sides of his head.
Cardona gets sent into the exposed turnbuckle and gets hit by Myers’ finisher to get the pinfall victory.

Big Money Matt Hardy is talking up Private Party backstage before the Impact Tag Team Championship Triple Threat match.
Matt Hardy says if they win them tonight, they will have to send someone to Dynamite to get them back because they aren’t going to come back.
Video package to highlight the history leading to the upcoming match between Cody and Jake.
DEANER W/ ERIC YOUNG & JOE DOERING VS. JAKE SOMETHING
Love that Deaner still stands behind Eric Young on their way to the ring even though he is the one wrestling the match.
Jake Something has new gear and new entrance music/video. Interested to see where they go with him from here.
This is all about Violent by Design attacking Jake Something behind the back of the referee and taking every advantage they can.
Sick move with Deaner sticking the back of Jake’s neck against the middle turnbuckle before drop kicking his rear end pushing Jake into the turnbuckle neck first.
Jake Something finally takes on all of them and hits a black hole slam on Deaner to get the pinfall victory.

Post match, EY and Doering waste no time and attack Jake Something. Setting up a table and telling Deaner to get up.
EY and Deaner give Jake to Doering who Powerbombs him through the table.
Eddie and Alisha are giving Tommy Dreamer a birthday gift before giving him a pep talk before the match tonight.
X DIVISION #1 CONTENDERS TRIPLE THREAT REVOLVER MATCH
TREY MIGUEL VS. BLAKE CHRISTIAN VS. SUICIDE
Have a feeling that Blake Christian isn’t going to win this in the end after hearing of his signing a WWE Deal today.
Kaleb with a K would be my guess to be under the mask of Suicide tonight seeing as he didn’t have to wrestle in the opener.
No one is at ringside like I thought they had mentioned on Tuesday so I assume they will get an entrance for each new entrant.
Love hearing announcer put over the high flying wrestling without burying the old school mat wrestling stuff of the NWA.
Suicide taps out to Trey Miguel to eliminate Suicide.

TREY MIGUEL VS. BLAKE CHRISTIAN VS. CHRIS BEY
Chris Bey is next out to enter the match but Trey keeps going taking it to Blake not waiting for Bey to come to the ring.
Bey goes for a vertebreaker and hits it on Blake Christian and gets the pinfall victory.

TREY MIGUEL VS. CHRIS BEY VS. DAIVARI
Next is Daivari who is taking it to Bey as Trey is still nursing a possible kayfabe injury on the outside.
Mediora from Trey Miguel on Daivari and gets the pinfall victory on him after Daivari got cocky.

TREY MIGUEL VS. CHRIS BEY VS. JOSH ALEXANDER
Another one not wasting time with Josh Alexander coming out, gearing up and running down but Bey and Miguel start to work together against him.
Josh Alexander is able to drop both Bey and Miguel at the same time.
Great looking spinning heel kick from Bey but then Alexander catches Bey coming off the ropes.
Alexander puts on the ankle lock on Bey who taps out.

TREY MIGUEL VS. JOSH ALEXANDER VS. WILLIE MACK
Willie Mack is going to benefit from coming in to this so late.
Alexander and Mack being added as really changed the dynamic from the first few match ups.
Alexander and Mack exchange some hard hitting chops as Trey is getting a rest in the corner having been in the match for 15 minutes at this point.
Willie Mack has been eliminated after Trey and Josh basically both pinned him.

TREY MIGUEL VS. JOSH ALEXANDER VS. ACE AUSTIN W/ MADMAN FULTON
We are told it is no longer elimination as it is a final three and it is triple threat rules. Why doesn’t Madman Fulton just destroy the other two if that is the case?
Nice Poison Rana from Trey Miguel and even better when followed up by the bouncing cutter off the bottom rope.
Ace Austin and Trey Miguel seem to be playing a game of what you can do I can do better here.
Seriously, they’re booking Trey to become a heel, right? Just everything about him oozes heel now, I find.
Alexander picks up both Miguel and Austin and hits a Death Valley Driver before booting Miguel out of the ring.
Powerbomb by Alexander to Austin on his knee before hitting Ace Austin with an exploding backbreaker and gets the pinfall victory to become the new number 1 contender for the X Division Title.

NEVAEH & HAVOK VS. FIRE N FLAVA (KIERA HOGAN & TASHA STEELZ) – KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TEXAS TORNADO TAG TEAM MATCH
Seriously? Scott D’Amore said Brandon Tolle wouldn’t be the referee for this match yet here he is.
Something tells me Kiera Hogan was supposed to be a bit faster than she was with Havok falling down on the mat.
Great move Double Team by Fire N Flava with the dropkicks into the corners after reversing the double team from Havok and Neveah.
Texas Tornado matches are a great way for teams with massive size difference to tell a much more realistic story.
Classic Wrestling booking with Havok going head first into the chair she had set up earlier in the turnbuckle.
Tasha hits a cutter on to Nevaeh on a street sign to get the pinfall victory and retain the titles.
MATCH TIME: 9:17
Post match, Havok and Nevaeh are upset over the loss and Nevaeh leaves the ring with Havok unsure of what to do.
Rich Swann is now being interviewed backstage about his match tonight against Tommy Dreamer.
We are told that Moose is going to get suspended if he gets involved in the match tonight.
Video package showing the history between TJP and Rohit and the adding of the returning Sheera aligning with Rohit.
ROHIT RAJU W/ SHEERA VS. TJP – X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Rohit dives on TJP as he is coming to the ring to attack before the bell and Hebner won’t now ring the bell until both men can stand to the disappointment of Rohit.
They’re fighting all over ringside without both getting in the ring and on their feet at the same time to purposing prevent the bell from ringing.
Bell finally rings after TJP confirms he can go to Hebner.
With Josh Alexander as the next contender to the X Division championship, really interested to see who wins this one because I can see them going with either against Josh.
Hilarious spot with Rohit biting the arm of TJP before yelling that it tastes like Failure.
Mamba Splash from TJP but Rohit gets out of the way and TJP hits only mat.
As I Lay Me Down to Sleep from TJP but Rohit still is able to kick out before a three count.
Really weird spot with how TJP came off the top turnbuckle into what was meant to be an arm bar from Rohit.
Misfire with Rohit dropkicking Sheera setting up TJP hitting the Mamba Splash and getting the three count to retain the X Division Championship.

Post match, Rohit throws a tantrum on the outside when he releases he lost.

DEONNA PURRAZZO, KIMBER LEE & SUSAN VS. ODB, JAZZ & JORDYNNE GRACE – SIX WOMAN TAG TEAM MATCH
Love that Susan is always making sure everyone and everything is in order before the match. I want her to ask a camera man for their name at some point.
ODB and Kimber Lee are starting this off after having the singles match this week on Impact.
Weird to see Susan and Kimber Lee running to get in position for Jordynne Grace’s Tope Suicida as they came out of nowhere to join Deonna.
Really interested to see if it is Susan who costs the heels this match since they seem to be leading to a split with Susan and Deonna/Kimber.
ODB rips the sleeves off of Susan’s shirt before hitting her Dirty Dozen move.
Jazz accidently thumbs the eye of Jordynne Grace instead of Susan. Susan tries to roll up Jazz but Jazz counters to the STF and gets her to tap out.
MATCH TIME: 8:48
Post match, the faces celebrate and seems like no bad blood about the miscue.

Where did D’Lo Brown get his information that the Good Brothers are the “coolest”? They are nothing more than those douchey jocks in high school that had to become cops to get respect as adults.
If a singles three way dance has three men in the ring at a time, why don’t triple threat tag team matches?
Am I the only one who thinks when Striker quotes poetry and philosophy stuff it comes off like he is that one “friend” you have that throws Bible references in to general conversation making it awkward?
Sabin trying to get in the head of Private Party saying they don’t need Hardy and sticks out the hand which Kassidy takes but cheap shots Sabin.
Love the move where Quen hits the standing moonsault coming off the body of his opponent which is laid across Kassidy’s legs.
Assisted Sliced Bread from Private Party to James Storm but only a two count.
Gallows has grabbed a chair and is headed into the ring with it.
Hardy hits a Twist of Fate with Tolle distracted by Gallows and Private Party go for a Shooting Star but Karl Anderson tagged him before and gets the pinfall on James Storm to retain.

Post match, Hardy looks disappointed while Good Brothers got to the stage as fast as possible and celebrate with their belts.
Matt Hardy is telling Private Party that they let him down and how could they do that.

TOMMY DREAMER VS. RICH SWANN – IMPACT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Why not mention that Tommy Dreamer beat Jake Hager instead of Swagger? Most who watch Impact would think of him as Hager more than Swagger now.
They said that Dreamer lost 20 pounds before this match, how much weight did he gain before that though?
It looks like Tommy Dreamer has dislocated his finger and here comes the doctor with Hebner having put up the arms. The Doctor looks goofy wearing the labcoat, especially with D’Lo calling him a different name than on the coat.
Dreamer has put the finger back in place to continue on with the match. Anyone else think Tommy is just able to pop the finger in and out and did it for the spot?
Swann is now focusing on the hand and fingers of Tommy Dreamer.
Dreamer has decided to go after the knee of Swann as Swann focuses on the fingers of Dreamer. All is fair play.
Dreamer locks on a Texas Cloverleaf as a nod to Dean Malenko but Swann is able to get to the rope to break the hold.
Who would have thought that Tommy Dreamer can go longer than 10 minutes in a singles match in 2021?
Nice cutter from Dreamer on Swann who was coming off the top.
Swann counters the roll up and goes for the finger of Dreamer but Tommy gets to the rope to break it.
Beautiful hesitation kick from Swann to Dreamer after Swann escaped the backslide from Dreamer.
Swann goes to the top turnbuckle but no body is home when he goes for the frog splash and both try to roll the other up until Swann tries the rings of saturn.
Spicoli Driver from Dreamer but to the shock of everyone Swann kicked out before the three.
Swann is going for the Phoenix Splash and hits it to get the pinfall victory and retain the world title.
MATCH TIME: 15:13
Post match, Swann helps Dreamer up and Tommy grabs the belt and gives it to Swann but Moose then attacks both from behind.
Does anyone hit a better Spear in wrestling today than Moose? He gives you a great example of why when he hits Dreamer with one.
Moose is using a chair to destroy Swann’s repaired knee.
Moose stands tall with both belts before once again dropping the Impact World title on Swann to end the show.
