ZOEY STARK VS. TONI STORM
Zoey is getting an improved entrance video now. Definitely seems they are behind her but her gear is just so generic like.
I just noticed that they have quite a few fans in the arena. Three rows worth it appears.
I will say this much about Mickie James, she is MILES ahead of Velvet Sky on Commentary. Velvet Sky is to commentary that Dana Brooke is to in ring skills.
Toni goes for Storm Zero but Zoey Stark drops and rolls up Toni to get the pinfall victory. Was there any doubt Zoey was going to get this win?
MSK are being interviewed about their triple threat tonight for the Vacant Tag Team Titles.
Sucks when you’re so famous but still referred to as the guitarist for someone else. Great opening to the show.
PETE DUNNE VS. KUSHIDA
Dunne going for the submission right away but Kushida counters and tries the same thing.
Loved the pulling of the arm of Kushida by Dunne using the ropes. THese guys are great showing us small variations of the usual and keeps things fresh.
We have a stage again. I repeat. We have a stage again. Also who is going off that skull tonight?
Hasn’t the finger breaking spots got to the point of the Canadian Destroyer where it is just getting over done and losing it’s impactfulness?
Loved that Kushida held on to the Hoverboard Lock while hitting the suplex off the top turnbuckle. What Kushida can do with that Lock is remarkable.
Dunne gets the eventual pinfall victory after Bitter End to Kushida.
GAUNTLET ELIMINATOR NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS MATCH
Leon Ruff and Swerve are already fighting in the ring when we come back from commercial and the match has started.
Beautiful twisting cutter from Ruff off of the broadcast table to Swerve.
Great to point out that Leon Ruff is the only past North American champion in this match.
Here comes Bronson Reed to be the next man in and basically look like Earthquake but with speed.
All I was thinking as Bronson Reed was prepping Ruff and Swerve for the suplex was “I’ve got two tickets to Paradise.”
Cameron Grimes comes out and apparently buys Swerve’s service. Why would Swerve then throw the money at Ruff after hitting the move?
Ruff is first eliminated by Swerve while Dexter Lumis is making his entrance. Grimes gets out of the ring pretty quick to play up their previous story.
Here comes LA Knight as the last one to enter the match while cutting a promo on all the guys left in the match. Bronson Reed has enough of him talking and throws him in to the ring before we head to commercial.
Back from commercial, with LA Knight taking out everyone in the ring.
Lumis is eliminated by LA Knight who had the Silence on Grimes but Cameron doesn’t tap out.
Reed then eliminates Knight who gets Silenced by Lumis on the outside.
Grimes then gets eliminated by Swerve after a nice back and forth of trying to out cheat the other.
Really liking this competitive match between Reed and Swerve but Reed hits the Tsunami and gets the pinfall victory.
Post match, Johnny Gargano comes out to face off against Reed.
TOMMASO CIAMPA VS. WALTER – NXT UK CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Does anyone think Walter loses this match when he is facing Rampage tomorrow?
You know it was a hard slap when it hurt your chest when he slapped the table.
That table is broken in the exact same way all those toy tables for the figures are broken.
Ciampa is able to pick up Walter including hitting a pedigree on him.
Sick looking White Noise from Ciampa off the top to Walter. The strength of Ciampa is at a new level now.
Out of no where Walter just hits a chop on Walter and gets the pinfall victory. What a TERRIBLE finish to this one.
Post match, Walter stands tall with all of Imperium on the ramp to look back at Ciampa.
Bronson Reed is being interviewed about his match tomorrow night when Gargano comes in to get in his face.

Lots of great team work between all these teams highlighting the tag team division in a great way.
Does anyone think that Legado Del Fantasma has any chance of walking out of here with the titles?
I am still thinking of MSK as Dez and Wentz in this match and can’t think of them as their new names yet.
Shankly Gates from Gibson on Wes Lee only broken up by Legado Del Fantasma as Drake was holding Carter back.
Even when it looked like Legado Del Fantasma had it won, I still didn’t think for a second that they were winning.
Nice call by Barrett calling it a Tope Doomsday Device as Drake came running off the stage.
MSK get the pin over Grizzled Young Veterans’ Gibson to become the new Tag Team Champions.
IO SHIRAI VS. RAQUEL GONZALEZ W/ DAKOTA KAI – NXT WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Do the announcers have to take a garbling class every show in order to never announce a title or stipulation normally?
Dakota Kai has been kicked out in the most dramatic way the referee could pull off.
Surprised they are not trying to make Raquel look a LOT more dominant in this one.
I called it. Io Shirai does her mandatory move off the set from the top of the skull. Saw it at the start of the show and knew Io was going off it.
Io actually almost got a pinfall victory on Raquel that made me question it.
Raquel hits her chokeslam move and gets the pinfall victory to become the new NXT Women’s Champion. Nothing special.
Post match, Raquel Gets a huge celebration with Smoke and Sparklers but you could barely see her. Almost made me think someone was going to appear and take her out.
