As one should expect, we are starting off with the newly crowned NXT Champion coming to the ring.
Looking like we have a “packed” crowd in attendance at NXT again this week. Likely this will be the norm for them going forward now.
Kross is putting over Balor as one of the greatest of all time before acknowledging the crowd chanting.
Kross says that he is in control of NXT until he says otherwise.
Kross tells the roster that if they want the title, come step up and try. He doesn’t care who steps up as he will take them all down until no one is left.
Next up is the NEW Tag Team Champions, MSK, getting their chance to be highlighted. Love the recap shots on the screens around CWC.
KILLIAN DAIN & DRAKE MAVERICK VS. MSK (NASH CARTER & WES LEE) – NXT TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
I really do like that Drake and Killian are not the typical tiny and big guy team with Maverick getting used as a weapon by his own partner more than just small guy beaten down before hot tag to big guy.
Dain is in control of MSK on the outside as we head off to a commercial break with out restaurant quality picture in picture.
Back with Drake tagging in before Lee gets the tag in to Carter. MSK is not getting the better reaction from the crowd in this one.
Even though they have the belts, it really does seem that MSK still have adjusted to the WWE/NXT style.
Drake gets powerbombed by Dain on to the mat after Carter moves Lee out of the way of the double team move.
MSK take out Drake and get the pinfall victory to retain the titles.

Post match, Wolfe shows up in the ring to talk to Dain but it was just a distraction as Aichner and Barthel attack him from behind.
Imperium then stand over the beaten down Dain. No Walter so likely he and Devlin are already on their way back to the UK.
We see an interesting look between Barthel and Aichner as they seem unsure what is going on with Wolfe.
Mercedes Martinez is confronting Robert Stone and Aliyah over the missed payment when Jessi Kamea steps up to Martinez says she does want to step up to her but step OVER her.
We see that Roderick Strong was arriving with his wife earlier today. Looks like they may be finally pairing them together on air.
Video package to go over the highlights from the Unsanctioned Main Event from Night Two of Stand and Deliver between Kyle and Cole.
They also show footage of them being brought in to the hospital in stretchers beside each other with Adam Cole telling Kyle he’s going to kill him.
MERCEDES MARTINEZ VS. JESSI KAMEA W/ ROBERT STONE & ALIYAH
Jessi Kamea looking to make a statement by taking it to Mercedes before the bell as Robert Stone and Aliyah cheering her on. This likely won’t last long before Martinez makes her comeback.
Only takes two moves for Martinez to make her comeback and get the easy pinfall victory.

Post match, Mercedes grabs Robert Stone as he tries to run away and she gets her money. Martinez lets the announcers and everybody know that she is coming for Raquel Gonzalez.
The Way is being interviewed about the first ever 8 Person tag match in NXT history with the only funny spot is Indi saying she hopes she gets in the ring with Dexter so she handle HER business.
Video promo from Isaiah Scott putting over his performance in the Gauntlet Eliminator even though Reed beat him.
Swerve says he has to face Ruff again tonight and realizes he has to get rid of Leon to be done with him.
SANTOS ESCOBAR W/ JOAQUIN WILDE & RAUL MENDOZA VS. KUSHIDA – NXT CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN CHALLENGE MATCH
Kushida cheap shots Escobar to his delight before the match even begins.
Are they finally get Kushida to no longer dress like he just came from a Back to the Future Cosplay contest?
They are being really heavy on the commercials during matches tonight as this one is in commercial in under two minutes from the start.
Back from commercial with Escobar in total control sending Kushida to the outside as Wade mentions that Escobar once tagged with Liger in Mexico.
Loving the work by Escobar doing a Boston Crab on the steel steps forcing the throat of Kushida against the ringpost.
Escobar seemed lost before the Palm Strike from Kushida in the corner. Just like unsure what was going on.
What a great pin attempt from Kushida that locked the arms of Escobar while keeping the shoulders down. Only issue was too close to the ropes as Escobar got the foot on the bottom rope.
Kushida reverse the pin attempt and actually gets the pinfall victory to become the NEW Cruiserweight Champion!

Timothy Thatcher is back with Ciampa for their backstage promo saying where they stand after passing all the tests they have been given. What did Thatcher do in helping against Walter?
They are letting MSK know that they are coming for the Tag Team Titles.
William Regal is now congratulating Kushida backstage when Jordan Devlin walks in, apparently hasn’t got back to the UK yet.
Devlin says that Escobar never beat him just by climbing a ladder. He says he’s headed back to the UK but will be back for that belt sooner rather than later.
Dakota Kai is now getting to introduce Raquel Gonzalez as our new NXT Women’s Champion.
Raquel says 18 months ago she was not ready but she realized that and made herself better and stronger to earn it.
Raquel puts over Dakota next saying everything is thanks to her and her support. Is Dakota going to turn?
Lights go out and it appears we are getting the debut of Taya Valkyrie aka, Franky Monet. She needs to learn how to use heels on that ramp.
Franky says the best women’s division on the planet just got better with her in it and Raquel is going to see a lot more of her since Raquel is the champ of HER division.
Raquel lets Franky know that if she interrupts her again she will stick the dog very far up a Spanish word.
Franky leaves and now the new WWE Raw Women’s Champion, Rhea Ripley’s music hits and she comes out to face to face with Raquel.
Just a fake out as they hug and just as they congratulate her, the music of the WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion hits and Bianca Belair comes out.
Great moment for the three of them getting to hold their belts.
Pete Dunne is now cutting a video promo saying it is time for him to get back to going after what he came to NXT for, gold.
Video Package to put over Sarray and her signing from Japan and that her debut is next week.
Regal is then being interview backstage about that before Roderick and Shafir are in his office with Strong handing over his resignation.
Regal tells Strong he was a professional is welcome back anytime.
LEON RUFF VS. ISAIAH SCOTT
We start off with both getting in the faces with Ruff showing fire having enough of the talk from Scott.
That looked nasty how Swerve’s arm bent when avoiding the move before Ruff drop kicked said shoulder so hoping it was meant to look that way.
Back from the commercial break with both men fighting at the top turnbuckle with Ruff hitting the Frakensteiner off the top. A move the two likely have practiced so much over their careers together since it looked so good.
This is very much a story of trying to out do the other with Ruff almost getting the pinfall after the 100th counter in the match but Swerve actually kicks out from it.
Swerve gets the pinfall victory to hopefully move on from Ruff now.

Zoey Stark being interviewed about how her recent success has impacted her. Zoey says she has her eyes on the title when Mercedes comes in to saying she is next in line.
Stark takes great offence to being called a rookie by Martinez and we likely have a match next week.
Walter video promo talking about how Ciampa was one of his biggest challenges yet but nothing has changed and he is still the champion.
Walter says the Imperium will grown and expand and they are here to stay as they continue their quest.
Swerve is now being interviewed but Ruff comes in to make a statement by using everything around them to take out Swerve telling him it isn’t over until he says it is.
THE WAY (JOHNNY GARGANO, CANDICE LERAE, INDI HARTWELL & AUSTIN THEORY) VS. DEXTER LUMIS, BRONSON REED, EMBER MOON & SHOTZI BLACKHEART – 8 PERSON TAG TEAM MATCH
Love the little touch of Indi trying to stand as close to Dexter as possible when the Way did their entrance but Candice pulled her to the other side.
Candice is spending most of this match keeping Indi away from Dexter, literally pulling her off the apron when she tries to kiss him.
Things were looking good until the women started to brawl in the middle of the ring as it really looked like none of them were sure what was going on and went spot from spot.
Does anyone else take issue with the women hitting moves on the men but none of the men have really hit a move on one of the women?
Lumis has the Silence on Gargano and Indi doesn’t want to hurt him so lays down beside trying to get a kiss out of him. She is so pissed that Theory stopped the kiss that she throws him out of the ring before trying again.
Lumis finally takes Indi and carries her to the back much to her delight.
Reed fights off Theory and Gargano but needs Shotzi to get Candice off him so he can hit the Tsunami on Theory to get the pinfall victory.
MATCH TIME: 10:36
Post match, the faces celebrate, minus Lumis, over the win by having Reed hold the Women’s Tag Champs on his shoulders.
