Shocked to see Tasha Steelz get a pinfall victory on Jordynne Grace at the end of BTI.
Previously on Impact Wrestling, Good Brothers get hyped up by Kenny and Don, the men who got added to the Under Siege, and others.
ROSEMARY W/ BLACK TAURUS & CRAZZY STEVE VS. HAVOK – KNOCKOUTS CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS MATCH
Great opening spot with a handshake in the creepiest way possible before they start slugging and screaming at each other.
Great even match so far to help put them over as equals in this one.
Camel Clutch doesn’t do the trick for Havok so she strikes Rosemary repeatedly with forearms but referee doesn’t stop it even if Rosemary looked defenseless.
Havok looks like she has gained a lot of speed recently as she is moving around the ring a lot faster than I can remember.
Rosemary BARELY got Havok over with that suplex. I don’t think it could have been closer to a failed suplex.
Havok counters and hits a sick Piledriver to get the pinfall victory and become the new contender.
Post-match, Deonna wastes no time to hit the ring and attack but it backfires and she bails. On the outside, Rosemary throws Deonna back into the ring.
Deonna gets laid out by Havok with the Piledriver as Decay prevents Susan and Kimber Lee from getting the save.
Backstage, The Elite is being interviewed and Kenny Omega is actually wearing all three belts.
Kenny Omega takes credit for the victory because he was there to back them up as they back him up.
Kenny Omega in Impact is turning into what he was like on Being The Elite.
Petey Williams is on his way to the ring before the commercial ahead of his X Division Championship #1 Contenders Match coming up next.
ACE AUSTIN W/ MADMAN FULTON VS. PETEY WILLIAMS VS. TJP VS. EL PHANTASMO VS. ROHIT RAJU W/ SHERA VS. ACEY ROMERO W/ LARRY D – X DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIP #1 CONTENDERS 6 WAY SCRAMBLE MATCH
A lot of people at ringside for this one. Almost as many as in the match itself.
They are all teaming up on Acey Romero at this point trying to take him out of the picture.
What a sick spot with El Phantasmo walking the ropes doing old school around HALF the ring, kicking one guy and avoiding another by jumping and landing back on the top rope. It is topped off by then hitting Ace Austin with a Death Valley Driver off the top turnbuckle to the crowd on the outside.
Kind of sad they went to a commercial break during this as I was enjoying the match so much.
Back from the commercial, TJP hits a facewash to Petey Williams in the corner.
The teaming up against Acey Romero is on again as he has got back in the ring.
Canadian Destroyer from Petey Williams on El Phantasmo. Canadian Inception. TJP gets back in to break up the pin before the three count.
Fulton and Larry D start slugging it out after getting in the face of each other.
After all calms down, TJP and Petey are alone in the ring with both missing their moves then El Phantasmo joins the fun and gets the pinfall on Petey. We have Josh Alexander vs. El Phantasmo on Saturday night for the championship.
Susan and Kimber Lee are in the office with Scott D’Amore showing that there was cheating in the match.
Susan wants a tag team match against the two with Kimber Lee caught off guard not knowing that was going to happen.
We have Taylor and Tenille vs. Susan and Kimber Lee on Saturday.
Promo from Violent By Design saying we must think they are broken and are failures. EY says Failure is not tolerated and must be crushed.
EY says he has to start a new plan as the only guarantee in life is change.
Back to Swinger’s Palace with Alisha now working as one of the Escort Girls.
TJP has come in to pay his lost bet before Ace and Fulton come in to say they are the Tag Team #1 Contenders.
In the end, we get Rohit and Shera as well as XXXL coming in to say they are the #1 contenders but TJP shows he has a partner and it is Petey Williams. I am all in on Pinoy Pump!
SAM BEALE VS. WILLIE MACK
I don’t have much faith in Sam Beale getting the win here with the look on Willie Mack’s face.
Sam Beale is getting in some offense at the start of this one but for how long we will have to see.
Love the Damn that came out of Willie Mack’s mouth after Sam Beale hit him with a headbutt.
What a sick Forearm from Willie Mack before he gets the Frog Splash for the pinfall victory.
Post-match, Morrissey enters the ring to toss Beale out of the ring and beat down Willie Mack.
FinJuice and Eddie Edwards are being interviewed by Gia about the cheating by The Elite last week. Still in awe that Juice Robinson is the same guy as the Hippie in early NXT.
We are getting another edition of All About Me with Taylor Wilde coming in saying she wants to talk to Tenille.
Taylor Wilde actually says she will team up on Saturday but is not happy Tenille interfered and that they are not friends.
KARL ANDERSON W/ DOC GALLOWS, DON CALLIS & KENNY OMEGA VS. DAVID FINLAY W/ JUICE ROBINSON & EDDIE EDWARDS
You have to love that now they won’t even get in the ring until after Karl does his ghost machine gun spot.
David Finlay in control to start the match until he is tripped up by Kenny. Kendo Kenny gave Karl a taste of it seconds later when Eddie hits him with it.
Brandon Tolle needs to get control and toss all the extra people after Finlay gets sent to the outside for a beatdown.
Matt Striker is right. Think of who is in that ring and ringside area, AEW World Champion, NJPW Tag Team and three Impact Wrestlers. Wouldn’t have seen that 6 months ago.
Finlay had enough of the interference and does a diving crossbody to take out Kenny and Gallows.
Karl Anderson is in the Indian Deathlock Variation of Finlay so Kenny runs into to cause the DQ.
Post-match, we have a brawl that ends with the faces standing tall.
Chris Sabin is backstage talking about how he feels guilty that he wasn’t there to help Storm against Moose even if Storm told him not to be out there.
Sabin directs his anger towards Moose over the post match attack by Moose on Storm last week.
We see the match result from earlier tonight on BTI with Tasha Steelz picking up the win on Jordynne Grace.
Cut to the tag champs talking about the loss to Tasha with Rachael being Ms. Positivety. I think we need to see more development in Rachael’s character before we are sold on this run.
BRIAN MYERS VS. CRAZZY STEVE W/ ROSEMARY & BLACK TAURUS
We love how Black Taurus has really become a part of Decay. He fits in so much better now than when he first showed up.
Steve avoiding everything Brian Myers is sending his way at this point.
Myers goes to the outside and when he runs into Taurus he does a Soccer fall to get Taurus booted. Tolle is officially worse than a Soccer Referee now.
Back from the commercial, we see that Brian Myers got the advantage during the commercial.
Myers uses the ropes to get the win as Tolle, big surprise, didn’t see it.
Post-match, Black Taurus returns to the ring and spears Myers out of his boots.
Gia is trying to get a reaction from Don Callis about what happened earlier. He talks down about how things are run with Scott D’Amore walking in taking offense.
Scott says how he does like the Carny games and tells him to decide what you are doing.
I like that they’re pushing differences between Scott and Don now.
Moose starts making his way to the ring for the Main Event before we head to a commercial break.
MOOSE, SAMI CALLIHAN & CHRIS BEY VS. CHRIS SABIN, MATT CARDONA & TREY MIGUEL – SIX MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
Sabin and Callihan are starting off as Moose is likely waiting to get in there against Sabin.
No Kenny Omega but we see Good Brothers and Callis backstage watching this match.
Has anyone else noticed that Matt Striker starts speaking exceptionally fast right before the commercial breaks?
Moose is just tossing Trey Miguel around the ring as we are returning from the commercial break.
All the heels are getting in their shots against Trey Miguel so we can get a hot tag built up for the faces.
Just look at the size difference of Moose and Bey when they are standing next to each other on the apron.
Double Clothesline from Sami and Trey leading to the hot tag from Trey Miguel to Matt Cardona so I suspect that means Sabin is likely to get the pinfall here.
Moose catches Trey coming at him over the top rope but Miguel counters into a Rana sending Moose into the ringpost.
Everyone gets in their spots until Sami hits his Package Piledriver on Chris Sabin to get the pinfall victory. Sabin gets pinned instead of getting the pin.
Post-match, Moose, Bey, and Sami start arguing but nothing happens past that as we see Good Brothers leaving but Callis still watching, worried.
